About Malzama

Malzama is a free tool that turns any PDF into a print-ready booklet. It arranges the pages on sheets you print on both sides and fold down the middle, so you get a small, ordered book instead of a loose stack of paper.

Why Malzama?

Printing a long lecture or book the usual way uses a lot of paper and ends in a stack that is hard to carry and read. A booklet puts four pages on every sheet and reads like a real book. But working out the page order for folding by hand is tedious and easy to get wrong, especially for Arabic books that open from the right. Malzama does that for you.

“Malzama” (ملزمة) is the Arabic word for a printed course booklet, and for a folded signature in bookbinding.
